This innovative initiative aims to promote mental and physical well-being in the workplace, reaching businesses across Oxfordshire.

The Workplace, Well-being and Wellness Roadshow will visit various Business Parks in and around Oxford, offering valuable resources, expert advice, and practical solutions to support employees' well-being. On the day, we'll interact with the attendees to equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to prioritise well-being in their work environments. We'll showcase actionable changes that can be implemented to foster healthy workplace habits, regardless of where they work. From mindfulness techniques to ergonomic solutions, the focus is on promoting holistic well-being strategies that benefit employees and employers.

"At Aston & James, we recognise the importance of prioritising mental health in the workplace," says Darren Aston, MD at Aston & James. "By partnering with Oxfordshire Mind, we aim to raise awareness, break down barriers, and provide essential resources to support employees' well-being."
