Rewards Terms & Conditions
- Points will expire after 6 months. Points not used cannot be carried over
- All points should be used before the end of each calendar year
- Points can only be earned on online purchases
- Points can only be redeemed online
- Points are to be redeemed on new orders & not available without purchasing additional goods
- Points cannot be earned on paper, toners, tech products or delivery charges
- Pending points will be released at the end of each calendar month
- When redeeming points, your credit account must be within terms at all times
- Reward scheme is only available to credit account customers
- Aston & James reserve the right to remove the points scheme if our terms and conditions are not met
- In agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to be contacted with emails relating to your points balance, points catalogue and any other special offers.
