Office Furniture Interiors Case Study for an Employee Breakout Area

The Brief: To transform an underused area into a modern, functional breakout space that would also accommodate hot-desking.

Our specialist furniture team has worked on various exciting projects, helping transform workspaces. So, we were thrilled to deliver on an employee breakout area project.

Check out the completed project and see how we could help transform your workspace.

What was the client brief, and what were the challenges faced?

The brief was to transform an underused area into a modern, functional breakout space that would also accommodate hot-desking. The challenge was to maximise practicality while maintaining a clean, contemporary design.

What solutions were offered?

We measured the space and produced professional CAD plans and renders to help the customer visualise what the space would look like. We also went through a product selection process and delivered some samples for the customer to view beforehand to ensure they were happy.

What were the benefits to their business?

The use of space was maximised, giving the building a fresh new feel. The area was transformed into an inviting space for employees to use as a breakout area and communal working space.

The company's feedback following the completion

"The finished project has given our staff a much nicer place to relax and take breaks, and we're extremely happy with the overall look and feel. We have had very positive feedback from our staff and visitors since the completion, and we're considering other areas within the building that need a refresh."

What Aston & James said

"We really enjoyed working on this project and seeing it come to life. The overall transformation was very impactful, and the furniture products look fantastic in the space."
