Fostering Workplace Well-being: The Aston & James and Oxfordshire Mind Roadshow

When and where is the Roadshow?

During Mental Health Awareness Week, from the 13th to the 19th of May 2024 Aston & James and Oxfordshire Mind are joining forces to champion mental well-being. Our Workplace, Wellness, and Well-being mobile pop-up will visit Howbery Business Park, Wallingford on the 15th of May, and the Harwell Science & Innovation Campus, Didcot on the 16th of May between 10am-2pm, and other Business Parks during the week in and around Oxford, advocating for workplace well-being and offering essential resources and ergonomic solutions. This partnership signifies our shared commitment to mental health advocacy, awareness-raising, and support for employees, wherever they choose to work.

Promoting mental & physical well-being:

Our primary aim is to engage with employees and employers across the county, emphasising the importance of mental and physical well-being in the workplace. Together, we strive to create a supportive environment that dismantles stigmas surrounding mental health challenges. By providing resources and promoting open dialogue, we aim to foster workplaces where employees feel psychologically safe, supported, and empowered to thrive personally and professionally.

Happy healthy employees

Creating a healthier workplace culture under one roof:

The vision of a happier, healthier, and more productive workplace is at the heart of our roadshow. On the day through interaction, we will educate attendees with the knowledge and tools to prioritise well-being in their work environments. We will demonstrate the changes you can make to adopt sound, healthy workplace habits wherever you choose to work. From mindfulness practices to ergonomic solutions, we're dedicated to promoting holistic well-being strategies that benefit employees and employers alike.

Why should I come to the roadshow?

Join us on our Workplace, Wellness and Well-being Roadshow as we embark on this journey together to promote mental and physical well-being in the workplace. Let's break down barriers, raise awareness, and create environments where everyone can thrive. We can build a happier, healthier, and more supportive workplace culture for everyone.

Join us at the roadshow between the 13th-17th of May, here:

  • Tuesday the 14th - TBC
  • Wednesday the 15th - Howbery Business Park, Wallingford
  • Thursday the 16th - The Harwell Science & Innovation Campus, Didcot
